Two big Expo Centre Lahore nights sit back to back this week: Kaavish Live in Concert on Saturday, 7 November 2026 at the outdoor Gate 4 area, and the PakWheels Auto Show on 8 November 2026 at Expo Centre Lahore [1][2][3]. Concert gates open at 6:00 pm, close at 7:45 pm and the show starts at 8:00 pm, with Silver / Gold / Platinum tickets at Rs 6,000 / 12,000 / 18,000 on Ticketwala [1][2]. For both days the practical problem is the same — Johar Town traffic, the right gate, and a calm pickup when thousands leave at once — which is why a car with a driver beats hunting for parking or surge-priced rides.
Kaavish Live: Saturday 7 November at Gate 4
HelloSalam’s event guide lists Kaavish Live in Concert on 7 November 2026 (a Saturday) at Expo Center Lahore, outdoor seated, Gate 4, presented by Rafi Peer Global Entertainment (RPGE) [1]. Ticketwala’s official listing matches the venue as Expo Center Outdoor Seated, Gate 4, Lahore, with an 8:00 pm start and Silver / Gold / Platinum price tiers of Rs 6,000 / 12,000 / 18,000 [2].
Timings that matter for your driver:
- Gates open: 6:00 pm
- Gates close: 7:45 pm
- Show starts: 8:00 pm [1]
Seating inside each enclosure is first come, first served; age limit is 8+; outside food and drinks are not allowed; tickets are non-refundable [1]. The complex sits on Abdul Haq Road, Johar Town — tell your driver Gate 4, not a random Expo entrance, or you can walk a long way in evening clothes [1].
HelloSalam also notes Asim Azhar’s tour date the same night in Lahore, so city-wide concert traffic may be heavier than a normal Saturday [1]. Build buffer into the pickup time.
PakWheels Auto Show: 8 November at Expo Centre Lahore
PakWheels’ Auto Show schedule lists Lahore on 8 November 2026 at Expo Center, Lahore, status Upcoming (with Islamabad 29 November and Karachi 20 December also on the 2026 calendar) [3]. An AllEvents listing for the same show gives Sunday, 8 November 2026, 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm PKT at Expo Center Johar Town, and points ticket buyers to Bookkaru [4]. Ticket prices and final door rules can change — confirm on the PakWheels Auto Show page and the live ticket link before you travel [3][4].
An auto-show day is different from a concert night: daytime arrival, longer dwell, family groups, and a late-afternoon exit wave. A full-day or evening-slot car with a driver lets you go in empty-handed and leave when the halls empty.
Drop, wait, pickup: a simple Expo plan
Concert night (7 Nov)
- Leave home early enough to reach Gate 4 by about 6:00–6:30 pm if you want better seats inside your enclosure [1].
- Agree a fixed drop point with your driver (Gate 4 kerb or the nearest legal stop your driver knows).
- Share a WhatsApp live location for pickup; after the show, wait 10–15 minutes for the first surge to thin, then walk to the agreed spot.
- If you want the car to wait nearby during the show, say so when you book — waiting time is confirmed on WhatsApp for evening event hire.
Auto-show day (8 Nov)
- Aim for a late-morning or early-afternoon drop so you are not stuck in the opening queue [4].
- Keep the same driver number for mid-show moves (food run, hotel drop for elders, second visit).
- Book the return before the 8:00 pm wind-down so you are not competing with every rideshare at once [4].
Smog and a cool November evening are normal in Lahore — a light jacket for the open-air Kaavish set is sensible [1].
Which Grand car for Expo weekend
Grand Rent a Car is with-driver only, Lahore and out-of-city, and we lead with our own fleet: black Fortuner 2026, JAC T9, Prado, Land Cruiser LC-300 look (2019 converted — we keep that wording), and a white Yaris.
Useful rate anchors (petrol/decoration extra; tolls extra):
- Base full-day card (with driver): Yaris Mon–Thu Rs 5,000; JAC / Fortuner Rs 15,000; Prado Rs 22,000 Mon–Thu / Rs 25,000 Fri–Sun; LC-300 look Rs 25,000 Mon–Thu / Rs 40,000 Fri–Sun. Slots: Morning 08:00–14:00, Evening 17:00–23:00, Full day 08:00–23:00.
- Monday to Thursday Lahore promo (with driver, full day, no hour limit, fuel by customer, book by 15 November 2026, trip any future Mon–Thu): Fortuner / JAC Rs 10,000; LC-300 look Rs 15,000. Prado is not on this offer.
- Saturday concert night falls on the weekend rate card — ask WhatsApp for the evening or full-day figure on the car you want.
For a couple or small family on concert night, a Fortuner or JAC is the usual Expo drop choice; larger groups often prefer the Prado or LC-300 look. See Fortuner rent in Lahore and the event car rental Lahore page for how we handle weddings, concerts and show days.
